Business entity

S1 Pros and S1 Paint Pros are trade names (d/b/a) of S1 Pros LLC, a Texas limited liability company. All services are provided by S1 Pros LLC.

Services

S1 Pros provides professional painting, remodeling, renovation, and related residential and commercial improvement services. All services are subject to availability, project evaluation, and written approval when applicable.

Estimates

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Changes to the project scope, materials, or customer requests may result in additional costs or schedule adjustments.

Scheduling

Project dates are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to complete every project on schedule, completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Remove personal belongings, furniture, or valuables when requested.
• Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available when necessary.
• Notify us of any known hazards or existing property conditions before work begins.

Assent by signature or approval of work

Customer's electronic signature via JOBBER, or Customer's approval of work (whether electronic, written, verbal, or by conduct, including permitting work to commence on the property), constitutes Customer's full acceptance and agreement to (a) this Agreement in its entirety, (b) the S1 Pros LLC Terms & Conditions published at s1pros.com/terms-and-conditions, and (c) the S1 Pros LLC Privacy Policy published at s1pros.com/privacy-policy, each as they exist on the date of signing or work commencement.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or service agreement. Invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

No retention or holdback

Customer shall not withhold, retain, offset, or deduct any portion of any payment due under this Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to punchlist items, alleged defects, warranty claims, or perceived incomplete work, except as expressly agreed in writing and signed by an authorized representative of S1 Pros LLC at or before signing of this Agreement. All disputes regarding workmanship or completion shall be addressed under the Warranty and Dispute Resolution sections of this Agreement without withholding of payment.

Change orders

Any work requested outside the original agreement may require a written change order and may affect pricing and project timelines.

Warranties

S1 Pros stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents or misuse
• Structural movement
• Moisture intrusion or water damage
• Improper maintenance
• Damage caused by third parties or natural disasters

Photo & media release

Customer grants S1 Pros LLC and its DBAs (S1 Pros, S1 Paint Pros) a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to photograph, video-record, publish, and use images of the completed work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, and training purposes. Photos are of the work only and will not identify the customer, address, or occupants without separate written consent. This release remains in effect unless revoked by Customer in writing delivered to S1 Pros LLC.

Limitation of liability

S1 Pros is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, utility interruptions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Contract governs

Where a signed service agreement, estimate, or written contract exists between S1 Pros LLC and the customer, the terms of that agreement govern and control over these website Terms & Conditions in the event of any conflict.
