Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard commonly used to measure compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility, reviewed when we add or change content.
What we have done on this site
- A skip link so keyboard and screen-reader users can jump straight to the main content.
- Semantic page structure with one main region per page, landmark navigation and headings in logical order.
- Full keyboard operation of navigation, the services menu, portfolio filters and forms, with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so assistive technology skips them.
- Form fields with programmatic labels, clear error messages and status updates announced to assistive technology.
- Color contrast reviewed for text, buttons and text placed over photography.
- Touch targets sized for mobile use, layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling, and support for the reduced-motion setting.
- Contact details available as text and as links, not only inside images.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, embedded services or documents may not fully meet Level AA. Photography used to illustrate our capabilities is described in text where it conveys meaning. If you encounter content that is difficult to use, tell us and we will provide the information in another format.
Requesting help or reporting a barrier
If any part of this website is a barrier, or if you need information in large print, plain text, by phone or another accessible format, contact us and we will assist you. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve reported barriers as promptly as reasonably possible.
Accessible construction work
Accessibility also matters in the spaces we build. Where a project scope includes accessibility-related work, we coordinate with the owner, designer and the authority having jurisdiction so the work follows applicable ADA Standards for Accessible Design and Texas Accessibility Standards requirements for that project.
Feedback
This statement is reviewed as the site changes. We welcome comments that help us improve, and we will update this page when our approach or known limitations change.
