This website is operated by S1 PROS, LLC. By accessing or using it you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The website is not a construction contract

Information on this site is general marketing information about our services. Nothing on this website, and no bid request submitted through it, creates a contract, bid, offer, acceptance, warranty, agency relationship or obligation to perform work. Any project relationship begins only through a separate written agreement signed by S1 PROS, LLC. Pricing, scope, schedule and availability are determined solely in that agreement.

Information and imagery

We work to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error free. Images on this site, including portfolio images, are representative illustrations of the types of spaces and finishes we can build. They are not photographs of completed S1 Pros projects and should not be relied on as evidence of past work, results, materials or client relationships. Descriptions of process and capability are general and may vary by project, jurisdiction and site conditions.

Intellectual property

The S1 Pros name, logo, page designs, text, graphics and images are owned by S1 PROS, LLC or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial evaluation of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, sell or create derivative works from any part of the site, or use our marks, without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Do not submit false information, other people’s personal information without authority, or unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code.

Anything you submit through the site is treated as non-confidential except as described in our Privacy Policy, and you grant us permission to use it to respond to your inquiry.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).
