Who we are

S1 PROS, LLC (“S1 Pros,” “we,” “us”) is a commercial general contractor located at 3723 Greenville Ave. STE 46774, Dallas, Texas 75206. This policy applies to this website and to inquiries you send us through it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, company, email address, phone number, project location, project type, timeline and the description you provide when you request a bid or contact us.
• Basic technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical details such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We do not use it to track, profile or advertise to you.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information or precise geolocation through this website.

How we use information

• To respond to bid requests and questions, prepare estimates and communicate about a project.
• To provide, secure, maintain and improve the website.
• To keep business records and to comply with legal, tax, contractual and safety obligations.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical problems.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise disclose it to anyone in exchange for money or other value, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so, and we have no plans to.

When we share information

• Project participants such as subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals or property managers, when sharing is necessary to respond to or perform the work you asked about.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others.
• Business transfers, if all or part of our business is reorganized, merged or acquired, subject to this policy.

No tracking

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising or remarketing pixels, social media trackers, session recording or any similar technology to follow your activity.

Our hosting providers set two strictly necessary cookies that the site needs to stay secure and work properly:

• __cf_bm, set by Cloudflare to protect the site from bots and abuse. It expires after 30 minutes.
• __dpl, set by our hosting platform so each visit loads one consistent version of the site while it is being updated. It expires after 24 hours.

Neither cookie is used to identify you, follow you across other websites or show you advertising. Because strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, the site does not show a cookie window. If we ever decide to add any tracking or analytics tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and, where a project results, for the period required by our contract, warranty obligations, insurance requirements and applicable Texas and federal recordkeeping and limitations periods. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. When information is no longer needed we delete it or remove identifying details.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transmission of this website, limited internal access and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Your privacy rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and comparable laws in other states, residents may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you.
• Obtain a portable copy of personal data you provided.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling used for decisions with significant effects. We do none of these, but you may still ask us to confirm it.
• Appeal a decision if we decline a request.

We will verify your request using the information we already hold, respond within 45 days, and may extend once by an additional 45 days with notice. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission. We will not deny goods or services, charge a different price or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a right.

Do-not-track and marketing email

Because this website does not track visitors, browser do-not-track and Global Privacy Control signals require no action from us: you are not tracked whether or not your browser sends them. Any commercial email we send will identify us, include our postal address and offer a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-outs promptly as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
